Install outdoor tap on back wall (mains fed)

Want to get an outside tap put in before it turns properly grim outside. Kitchen sink is on the other side of the wall, so I’m guessing it’s a straightforward tee-off job, but there’s a cupboard to work around. Ideally a proper double check valve fitted and left neat (no bodge job please). Looking for a quote including parts — I was thinking around £120–£200?
