Move sofa + bed to storage (1 hour job?)

Need help moving a 3-seater sofa and a double bed (already dismantled) from first floor to a small storage unit. I’ve got one mate to help but we need someone with a van and proper straps so nothing gets scuffed. Ideally evening or Saturday.
