Oven keeps tripping electrics when it heats up

Electric single oven (about 8 years old) has started tripping the circuit after 10–15 mins on 200°C. Hob is fine, everything else stays on, it’s just the oven that nukes it. Need someone to check if it’s the oven element or something in the fuse box before I set fire to Sunday roast season.
