Patch and repaint ceiling after small leak stain

There’s a brown water mark on the lounge ceiling from an old leak (now fixed). Ceiling is about 4m x 3.5m; stain is roughly dinner-plate size but I’d like it blended so it doesn’t shout at you. White paint, matte finish — happy for you to tell me what paint to buy.
