Re-felt small flat roof on bay window

The felt on the little flat roof over the bay window is bubbling and we’ve had a damp patch appear inside after the last lot of rain. It’s only a small section (roughly 2m wide), but it needs doing properly with decent edge trims. Ideally before autumn storms really kick off.
