Sofa won’t fit - need door taken off/refit

New sofa turned up and it’s currently living in the hallway because it won’t go through the front door. I think we need the door taken off the hinges and maybe the internal hallway door too, then put back properly (nothing bodged please). It’s a rental so I can’t have scratches or missing screws.
