Unblock slow kitchen sink (keeps gurgling)

Kitchen sink is draining super slow and making gurgly noises, and the smell is not great. Tried the usual supermarket drain stuff and hot water — helped for about a day. It’s a rental so I’d like a proper fix without ripping the whole unit out.
