Wi‑Fi drops in back bedroom (mesh setup?)

Internet’s fine in the lounge but the back bedroom is basically a signal-free zone, which is great when you’re trying to work. Virgin router is by the TV, house is standard 2-storey. Want someone to advise and set up a mesh or run a neat cable — whatever actually works.
