Integrated Health Care Management is recruiting Support Workers for The Cedars, a welcoming 12-bed residential home in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a rewarding Social Care opportunity in Essex, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and early-onset dementia, with real scope to grow your skills and make a daily difference. Key Responsibilities - Deliver compassionate, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and choice - Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, medication support (as trained), and meaningful activities - Contribute to developing, implementing and reviewing individual care plans and risk assessments - Work closely with colleagues, families and health professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care - Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and CQC-aligned standards What You’ll Need - Experience in a support worker/care role, ideally within learning disability, mental health or dementia services - A calm, reliable approach and strong communication skills with residents and the wider team - Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries - Willingness to work shifts and complete ongoing training (NVQ/QCF Health & Social Care desirable) Why Apply Earn from £12.71 per hour with a supportive Essex-based employer that values quality care, teamwork and continued development at The Cedars in Clacton-on-Sea.
