Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients and estate agents, maintaining excellent service levels throughout the transaction
- Draft and review contracts, title documents, reports and completion statements with strong attention to detail
- Liaise effectively with lenders, brokers and third parties to keep matters progressing to deadlines
- Support continuous improvement in processes and contribute to team growth in line with the firm’s expansion plans

What You’ll Need
- Qualified Solicitor with solid conveyancing experience (residential focus)
- Proven ability to run files independently with strong technical knowledge and risk awareness
- Confident communicator with a client-first approach and strong organisation skills
- Experience using case management systems and working efficiently in a high-volume environment (desirable)
