Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Grays to support a globally renowned manufacturing site with modern equipment and long-term security. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on production and plant equipment
- Fault-find on motors, drives, control panels and industrial electrical systems to minimise downtime
- Support continuous improvement, identifying repeat faults and implementing robust fixes
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain safe, efficient operations
- Complete accurate maintenance records and support compliance with site procedures

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance engineering within manufacturing, FMCG, industrial or similar environments
- Recognised electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) and strong fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of control systems; interest in training on PLCs/HMIs/instrumentation is welcomed
- A proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure
