Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and day-to-day operational management for the Wickford service
- Ensure full CQC compliance, robust governance, and consistently safe, person-centred care
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing care team, supporting training and retention
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners and community partners across Essex
- Oversee care planning, quality audits, risk management, and service performance against KPIs

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager ready to step up) within domiciliary care
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and best practice in care delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, with a calm, solution-focused approach
- Confident using care management systems and handling rostering, audits and compliance documentation
