Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment
- Load and unload vehicles, moving pallets and stock to agreed locations
- Pick, stage and replenish goods to support smooth inbound and outbound operations
- Carry out daily FLT checks and report defects or damage promptly
- Follow site H&S, traffic management and quality procedures at all times

What You'll Need
- Valid UK Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date) and proven recent experience
- Confidence working in a fast-paced logistics/distribution setting
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy and teamwork
- Ability to commit to Monday to Friday shifts, 11:00am–9:30pm (or as required)
