Senior Lettings Manager

Recruitment Solutions for Business (UK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager to lead a successful residential lettings office in Basildon, Essex. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of performance, drive growth, and deliver a premium service while earning an excellent OTE.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the lettings team to exceed targets and maintain outstanding customer service
- Manage the full lettings lifecycle including valuations, negotiations, progressing lets and compliance
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring retention and repeat business
- Drive new business generation through networking, referrals and local market activity in Basildon and surrounding areas
- Monitor KPIs, reporting and profitability, supporting the branch with consistent performance improvements

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Manager within residential lettings
- Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation, compliance and best practice
- Confident leadership and coaching skills with a commercial, target-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence (company car/allowance provided)
