Lewis Paige is seeking a Commercial Property Surveyor to join a respected consultancy team in Basildon, supporting a growing pipeline of high-value commercial work across Essex. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious surveyor who wants real influence, client ownership, and a clear route into senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial surveying instructions from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring best-in-class advice
- Undertake inspections and prepare professional reports, valuations, schedules and recommendations
- Manage landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and negotiations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow accounts
- Support business development and help shape service delivery as the team expands across Essex

What You'll Need
- MRICS (or working towards) with strong commercial property experience
- Proven ability to manage instructions independently and communicate confidently with clients
- Solid knowledge of local market conditions across Basildon, Southend, Chelmsford and wider Essex
- Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, report writing and stakeholder management skills
