Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost planning, budgets and cashflow from pre-construction through to final account
- Prepare and submit valuations, applications for payment and cost reports
- Procure subcontract packages, evaluate tenders and negotiate best-value terms
- Administer contracts, change control and variations to protect commercial position
- Work closely with site and project teams to forecast, control costs and improve margins

What You'll Need
- Proven Quantity Surveyor experience with a main contractor or reputable subcontractor
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, commercial reporting and cost management processes
- Confident communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Quantity Surveying or similar (desirable)
