Showroom Sales Manager

City Plumbing is looking for a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead The Bathroom Showroom in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow sales, inspire a high-performing team, and help customers across Essex turn their bathroom ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Basildon bathroom showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience
- Drive showroom sales performance through effective planning, target setting, and local trade/customer relationships
- Guide customers through the full bathroom journey: consultation, design, product selection, and order completion
- Motivate, coach, and develop the team to deliver consistently high standards and strong results
- Maintain attractive merchandising and product presentation, supporting promotions and seasonal campaigns

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in showroom, retail, or trade counter sales management (bathroom, kitchens, interiors, or home improvement preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable using sales systems and design/planning tools (desirable)
