TWP helps hard-working families to secure and preserve the assets they have accumulated and ensures that they pass on their wealth to their chosen beneficiaries. We remove the stress and trauma that can be suffered when correct legal paperwork is not in place on the loss of life or on loss of mental capacity. The first stage of our process is a visit you in the comfort of your own home for a free, no obligation consultation (and a cup of tea). We will take the time to find out more about you and your circumstances so that they can make recommendations tailored to you and your aims to provide you with the greatest protection.

If you wish to proceed with putting your affairs in order with TWP, your instructions will be taken and relayed into the office for our legal team to produce your first draft copies and send them out to you via email or post. You can then make as many amendments as you wish until you are happy for us to produce your final bound copies. Your consultant will then arrange to come back and have your final documents signed and witnessed. We will then register your documents with the relevant government bodies as needed.

TWP was established as a family business in 1999 and incorporated in 2008. All key staff and all consultants are members of the Society of Will Writers. Our Chief Executive Officer, Antony Brinkman, has been Regional Chairman for the Society in the Northwest since 2014 and is the Chairman of the Professional Standards Board for the Society. He is also an accredited trainer for the College of Will Writing and hosts a popular podcast for solicitors and will writers. Rebekah Maxwell, our Managing Director, is the Regional Chair of the Society of Will Writers in Cheshire, making us the only company in the country with two Regional Chairs. Both of our directors are STEP qualified too. Recently, Rebekah has been involved in the modernisation of Lasting Powers of Attorney with the Office of Public Guardian.
