Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic, personalised financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
- Manage and develop long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional ongoing service and reviews
- Identify new planning opportunities within an established portfolio and through referrals
- Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure compliant, efficient client journeys
- Maintain FCA-aligned documentation and suitability reports, upholding high professional standards

What You’ll Need
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) and CAS/ability to obtain promptly
- Proven experience as an IFA/Financial Adviser with strong client-facing and relationship skills
- Sound technical knowledge across key advice areas and a commitment to compliant best practice
- A proactive, self-motivated approach; CII/Chartered status is welcomed but not essential
