Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely to load, unload and move stock within the warehouse
- Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately, meeting nightly deadlines
- Complete goods-in/goods-out checks, scanning and basic paperwork where required
- Support general warehouse duties including palletising, wrapping and housekeeping
- Follow site health & safety procedures and report any defects, damages or near-misses

What You'll Need
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence and confident practical experience
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience, ideally on night shifts
- Good attention to detail, numeracy and the ability to work at pace
- A reliable, punctual attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
