I offer face to face appointments and home visits in Harlow and also online and telephone counselling.

I have experience in working with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, PTSD, childhood abuse, domestic abuse, Low confidence -low self esteme, family and relationship issues etc.
