Key Responsibilities
- Pick, check, pack and dispatch orders accurately to deadline
- Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling, paperwork and shipping documentation
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, update stock movements and maintain accurate records
- Carry out stock control tasks, including cycle counts, investigating discrepancies and reporting issues
- Liaise with warehouse colleagues, transport/couriers and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment

What You'll Need
- Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse operations or stock control
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with WMS/IT systems (basic Excel skills desirable)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Reliable, punctual and able to communicate clearly within a team
