- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the right pet products and services to suit their lifestyle
- Drive sales by suggesting relevant add-ons and promotions while keeping service genuine and helpful
- Support responsible pet ownership through accurate product guidance and great store standards
- Maintain excellent shop floor presentation, stock availability, and safe, clean merchandising
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to hit targets, deliver great experiences, and support store routines

- A positive, approachable manner and confidence speaking with customers face-to-face
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred), with a willingness to learn product knowledge quickly
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work shifts in a fast-paced store environment
- An interest in pets and animal wellbeing, with a responsible approach to advice and recommendations
