Service Colleague

Join ASDA in Harlow as a Service Colleague and play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly for the local community. This is a great part-time opportunity in Essex with afternoon shifts and a competitive rate from £13.10 per hour, ideal if you enjoy active, hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service on the shop floor, helping customers find products and answering queries
- Replenish shelves and maintain high standards of availability, presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack deliveries, move stock safely and support back-of-house tasks to keep operations flowing
- Follow site procedures for health & safety, food safety and security, reporting issues promptly
- Work as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets and deliver a great customer experience

What You'll Need
- A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn in a busy retail/warehouse environment
- Confidence working on your feet, lifting and moving stock as part of daily routines
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Desirable: experience in retail, stock replenishment, warehouse picking/packing or goods-in
