Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, person-centred care in service users’ homes, supporting dignity, choice and independence
- Assist with personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation and light household tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support, building trusted relationships with clients and families
- Follow individual care plans, completing accurate notes and reporting any changes or concerns
- Work collaboratively with the local Harlow care team to maintain high standards and consistency

What You’ll Need

- Reliability and good communication skills, with a professional, respectful manner
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable for community visits
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential; training and support provided
