Key Responsibilities
- Win new instructions across Loughton and the wider patch through local networking, referrals and proactive prospecting
- Carry out valuations and advise vendors on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy
- Manage the full sales journey from listing to offer negotiation, progressing to exchange and completion
- Conduct viewings, qualify buyers and provide clear feedback to vendors
- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service in line with compliance requirements

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as an estate agent with a track record of winning listings and closing deals
- Strong knowledge of the local Essex property market (Loughton/Epping Forest and nearby postcodes)
- Confident negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised approach; driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
