Key Responsibilities

- Schedule service and repair appointments accurately, maximising workshop efficiency
- Provide clear information on service options, availability and next steps, tailored to each customer
- Update customer and booking records on internal systems, maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Support the wider service team to deliver a seamless, high-quality Mercedes-Benz customer journey

What You'll Need
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first telephone manner
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to manage a busy call flow
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new processes quickly
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, hospitality or automotive is beneficial (but not essential)
