Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas and food items to Costa standards
- Deliver friendly, efficient service and create a welcoming store atmosphere
- Keep the coffee bar, equipment and seating areas clean, safe and well stocked
- Handle payments, follow cashing-up procedures and support daily store routines
- Work closely with the team to meet targets and maintain great pace during busy periods

What You’ll Need
- A positive, customer-first attitude and confidence chatting with a wide range of people
- Reliability and flexibility to work agreed contract shifts, including some weekends
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn coffee craft and food safety processes
- Previous barista or retail/hospitality experience is helpful but not essential (full training provided)
