Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to help individuals live independently and achieve personal goals
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts and keeping a safe home
- Support people to access the community in Saffron Walden and surrounding areas, including activities, appointments and social events
- Encourage choice, dignity and positive wellbeing, recording notes and following care plans
- Work closely with colleagues, families and professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support

What You’ll Need

- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do approach
