Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Southend-on-Sea

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning through the EYFS, supporting children’s social, emotional and physical development
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment, indoors and outdoors
- Observe, assess and record progress, contributing to learning journeys and next-step planning
- Build positive relationships with parents/carers and work closely with colleagues to support each child’s needs
- Promote safeguarding, welfare and nursery policies at all times

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE/NVQ or equivalent) and a genuine passion for childcare
- Sound knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child development milestones
- A warm, patient and proactive approach, with strong communication skills
- Desirable: experience in a nursery setting, SEN awareness, or first aid training
