Premier Work Support is recruiting a Picker & Packer for a busy warehouse operation in Wickford. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in Essex, with the chance for the role to become permanent for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
- Locate, pick and pack stock of various sizes accurately and efficiently
- Palletise and label goods ready for dispatch to meet daily deadlines
- Carry out basic quality checks to ensure items are correct and in good condition
- Keep the work area tidy, safe and organised in line with site procedures
- Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to support smooth warehouse flow

What You'll Need
- Previous experience in picking and packing, warehouse or dispatch (desirable but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow pick lists and instructions
- Reliable timekeeping and a positive, can-do attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods
