Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records, including receipts, issues, returns and reconciliations
- Coordinate materials and components to support production schedules and avoid delays
- Liaise with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication
- Raise and track paperwork and system updates (e.g., orders, delivery notes, job packs, reports)
- Support continuous improvements in stores processes, compliance, and site organisation

What You'll Need
- Previous experience in stores, inventory, production admin or operations coordination
- Strong attention to detail with confidence using Excel and stock/ERP systems
- Clear communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
