Continuous Improvement Manager

As Continuous Improvement Manager with Pure Resourcing Solutions in Witham, you’ll lead change across a well-established manufacturing site investing in smarter ways of working. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritise and deliver continuous improvement projects across production, warehouse and supporting functions
- Lead Lean/CI initiatives (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, standard work) to improve throughput, quality and cost
- Analyse data and process performance, creating clear KPI dashboards and actionable recommendations
- Facilitate workshops and coach teams and supervisors to embed a culture of problem solving and accountability
- Drive root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone) and support sustainable corrective actions

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement, Lean or Operational Excellence role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of CI tools and methods, with a track record of delivering measurable results
- Confident stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels on site
- Desirable: Lean Six Sigma qualification (Green Belt or above) and experience in value stream mapping
