Functional Assessor

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out structured assessments to understand how a health condition affects daily living and work capability
- Review clinical evidence and gather relevant information through sensitive, person-centred conversations
- Produce clear, accurate reports aligned to guidelines and professional standards
- Identify functional limitations and support fair, consistent decision-making
- Maintain strong clinical judgement, confidentiality, and quality throughout the assessment process

What You'll Need
- Registration as a Nurse (RGN), Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic (NMC/HCPC)
- At least 1 year post-registration clinical experience (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident IT skills and the ability to write detailed, well-structured reports
