- Help patients choose suitable frames and lenses, explain options clearly, and support ordering processes
- Maintain stock, equipment, and vehicle readiness to ensure a smooth daily schedule

What You'll Need
- Full UK driving licence and confidence driving for work across local routes
- Strong customer service skills with a calm, compassionate approach in patients’ homes
- Great attention to detail for paperwork, measurements, and patient information
- Optical experience is desirable (e.g., Optical Assistant), but training is available for the right person
