Care Manager

Caremark Chelmsford & Uttlesford is seeking an outstanding Care Manager to lead our award-winning home care service in Great Dunmow. This is a brilliant Essex opportunity for a confident care leader to shape quality, grow a team, and make a real impact for people in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, responsive, person-centred care across the service
- Manage, coach and support the care team, driving performance, wellbeing and retention
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies, completing audits and action plans
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and professionals, supporting assessments and care planning
- Oversee scheduling and service delivery to meet demand, quality expectations and business targets

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Care Manager/Registered Manager role within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and care quality management
- Confident leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with a compassionate approach
- Full UK driving licence (company EV provided) and ability to travel locally around Uttlesford/Chelmsford
