Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured learning activities across classes and year groups, adapting support to meet individual needs
- Provide targeted interventions for small groups and 1:1 learners to improve progress and confidence
- Support lesson planning and classroom management, ensuring a positive, inclusive environment
- Monitor pupil progress, contribute to assessments, and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with teachers, SEND support and pastoral teams to promote wellbeing and engagement

What You'll Need
- HLTA status or equivalent experience supporting learning at a high level in a school setting
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and effective behaviour and learning strategies
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach with pupils, staff and parents
- Desirable: experience with SEND, intervention programmes, or supporting across multiple subjects
