Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers, identifying needs and recommending suitable travel insurance policies
- Provide clear, accurate information on cover options, pricing, and policy terms to help customers make confident decisions
- Convert warm leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Update customer records and process policy applications accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet personal and team performance targets

What You’ll Need
- Confident telephone manner with strong communication and listening skills
- A positive, sales-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Good attention to detail and comfort using computer systems and CRM tools
- Previous call centre, retail, or insurance sales experience is beneficial but not essential
