Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment with clear behaviour expectations
- Assess progress accurately and use data to adapt teaching and support attainment
- Work closely with colleagues, parents/carers and SEN support to remove barriers to learning
- Contribute to wider school life, including enrichment activities and safeguarding best practice

What You'll Need
- QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification) and recent experience in a primary setting
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective classroom management strategies
- A nurturing, child-centred approach with high expectations for learning and behaviour
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
