Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver personalised SEN tuition programmes aligned to individual learning needs
- Support learners with a range of needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties) to build confidence and progress
- Assess attainment, set clear targets, and track outcomes with concise session notes
- Adapt teaching strategies, resources and communication methods to suit each learner
- Liaise with parents/carers, schools and local professionals to ensure joined-up support

What You'll Need
- Experience tutoring or teaching pupils with special educational needs in the UK
- Strong behaviour management and an empathetic, child-centred approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and the right to work in the UK
- Desirable: QTS/QTLS, SEND qualifications, or experience with EHCP outcomes
