Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an Internal Sales Executive (Electronic Components) to support customers and drive growth from their Southend-on-Sea base. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries, providing accurate quotations and technical support
- Build strong customer relationships, understanding requirements and recommending suitable electronic/electrical components
- Manage sales orders end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and aftersales service
- Maintain an organised pipeline, updating CRM records and reporting on activity and performance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining excellent customer care

What You’ll Need
- Proven internal sales, sales support or technical sales experience within electronic/electrical components or engineering
- Confident communication skills and a consultative approach with customers and suppliers
- Ability to read technical information, learn product ranges quickly and prioritise a busy workload
- Desirable: knowledge of electronics distribution, BOM quoting, or experience using CRM/ERP systems
