Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to lead high-value engineering projects in Southend-on-Sea. This is a rare opportunity to step into an autonomous, permanent role with a growing business delivering electrical and mechanical solutions across exciting new contracts in Essex and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects from planning through to commissioning, ensuring delivery on time and to budget
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
- Produce and maintain project documentation, schedules, risk assessments and progress reports
- Oversee site operations, ensuring health & safety and relevant electrical regulations are followed
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, control variations and maintain strong relationships

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager (or similar) within engineering/construction environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, project planning and site coordination
- Confidence leading teams and managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting
- Full UK driving licence (van provided); overtime flexibility is desirable
