Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality individual and group tennis coaching, from beginners to advanced players
- Plan engaging sessions that develop technique, tactics, fitness and confidence
- Support junior pathways, adult programmes, socials and club competitions
- Build strong member relationships and help grow coaching participation and retention
- Maintain a safe, professional environment, following club standards and safeguarding guidance

What You'll Need
- Recognised tennis coaching qualification (LTA-accredited or equivalent) and proven coaching experience
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, member-focused approach
- Ability to organise your schedule, manage sessions and deliver consistent results
- Desirable: experience running junior squads, cardio tennis or performance coaching; first aid/safeguarding certifications
