Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook balanced, high-quality meals for residents, following menu plans and dietary requirements
- Support day-to-day kitchen operations across both Wickford sites, maintaining smooth service and excellent standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP and internal procedures
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste while keeping quality high
- Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver a warm dining experience

What You'll Need
