Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Finance Business Partner to deliver robust month-end reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Provide meaningful variance analysis and performance commentary for commercial and operational teams
- Build and maintain financial models to support pricing, investment and cost-saving initiatives
- Produce KPI dashboards and improve reporting processes to strengthen decision-making
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases and stakeholder meetings (some onsite meetings expected)

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner and/or Management Accountant in a commercially focused environment
- Strong management accounts, forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder management: able to challenge constructively and explain financials clearly
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and ERP/accounting systems is advantageous
