Import Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import shipments end-to-end, from booking through to delivery and completion of documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and suppliers to ensure on-time, compliant movements
- Prepare and review import paperwork, tracking milestones and resolving delays or discrepancies quickly
- Provide clear updates to internal teams and customers, maintaining a professional, service-led approach
- Support the Import Manager and wider logistics team with day-to-day administration and process improvements

What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in import coordination, freight forwarding, logistics or shipping administration
- Strong knowledge of import documentation and the ability to work accurately under time pressure
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
- Access to your own vehicle due to the Witham location; willingness to travel to Europe when required
