Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging electronics training to technicians and engineers, blending theory with practical workshop sessions
- Support learners with coaching, troubleshooting and structured feedback to build confidence and competence
- Contribute to training materials, lesson plans and assessment activities aligned to industry needs
- Promote safe working practices and high-quality standards across electronics assembly and test
- Travel to UK sites as required to support training delivery and programme rollout

What You’ll Need
- Background as an Electronics Technician, Test Technician, Production Technician or Electronics Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of electronics assembly, test and fault-finding; IPC awareness is desirable
- Confident communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring others (training experience welcome but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
