Clinical Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical practice on shift, ensuring safe, person-centred care and excellent outcomes
- Support and mentor nursing and care colleagues, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical documentation to maintain compliance and quality
- Liaise with GPs, families and external professionals to coordinate effective care and communication
- Contribute to audits, medication management and safeguarding, escalating concerns appropriately

What You'll Need
- NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with post-registration experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, medication administration and resident assessment
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and manage priorities
- Desirable: experience in care homes, dementia care, audits/inspections, or clinical training/mentoring
