Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, supporting daily living activities such as personal care, mobility and mealtimes
- Promote residents’ emotional and social wellbeing through companionship, conversation and meaningful activities
- Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, following care plans and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour, helping ensure timely support and escalation
- Keep accurate records and contribute to a kind, respectful home environment for residents and families

- Reliability and confidence working in a busy care home setting
