Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care including personal care, mobility support, and mealtime assistance
- Support residents’ daily routines while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Observe, record, and report changes in condition to senior staff and follow care plans
- Assist with safe moving and handling, infection control, and basic housekeeping tasks
- Work professionally within teams across care homes, nursing homes, and specialist services

What You’ll Need
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Care Assistant (care home, nursing home, hospital, or community)
- A caring, reliable approach and the ability to adapt to different services and shift patterns
- Up-to-date training is beneficial (Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, First Aid, Infection Control)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and the right to work in the UK
